Cancellation conditions

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% the total price of the reservation at the booking time.

Booking conditions

- Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of 500€ is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. 

You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. 

Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

- House rules: 

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 09:00

Tourist tax:

The tourist tax is an ecological tax for tourists that is calculated upon arrival at the hotel per person per day and depends on the hotel's category and the guests' age. The amount is calculated with taxes included and must be paid at the hotel reception.
